Preparing for Your Appointment
To help me provide the best possible service for your piano, please ensure there's clear access to the instrument, position it away from direct heat sources and radiators, remove any items from the top before my visit, and make note of any specific issues you've noticed such as sticking keys or unusual sounds. These simple preparations will allow me to work efficiently and address your piano's needs effectively.
Service Area
Based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, I provide piano services throughout the East Midlands and surrounding areas, covering up to a 60-mile radius including Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, and Sheffield.
Appointment Duration
When scheduling your appointment, please allow approximately 2 hours for a Standard Tuning service, 3 hours for a Pitch Raise, and a full day for Regulation work. Planning adequate time ensures I can provide thorough attention to your piano and deliver the highest quality of service for each specific treatment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so that I can offer the time to another client.
